Thank you for shopping with The Vulgar Goat. Each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packaged to arrive safely at your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Because many of our pieces are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary during launches, holidays, or restocks. If there is a delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary dur to carrier delays

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves us and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting us.

We are happy to assist in filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at EMAIL ADDRESS TBD.

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution
