Welcome to The Vulgar Goat, LLC. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

This website is operated by The Vulgar Goat (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handcrafted in small batches.

As a result:

  • Slight variations in color, finish, texture, and size are natural and expected.

  • No two pieces are identical.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic and handmade items:

  • All items are carefully packaged to reduce damage.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.

If an item arrives damaged, see Section 5 below.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

If approved, we will issue store credit only equal to the purchase price of the damaged item.

We do not issue cash refunds for damaged shipments.

6. Reutrns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not offer refunds.

In approved cases (such as damage during transit), store credit will be issued at our discretion.

7. Veteran Discount

We proudly offer a veteran discount as a gesture of appreciation.

  • Discount eligibility may require verification.

  • The veteran discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this discount at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including product designs, branding, photography, and copy is the property of The Vulgar Goat and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Vulgar Goat, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use of our products

  • Shipping carrier delays or mishandling

  • Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
